•    Your information will not be shared with any third party without your permission
•    Our information will be stored and back up securely for up to 24 months
•    You have the right to ask for your information, in whole or part to be deleted
•    You have the right to see what information is being held
•    Requests will be actioned within 14 days or earlier
•    Your ceremony service scripts will not be shared with anyone else without your permission 

Exception:

•    Relevant and appropriate information may be shared with your funeral director or events planner/ venue, and your permission for this is assumed.
